Named as one of Maryland's top producing Realtors, Kristi has been creating "raving fans" of her real estate business since 2003. With 20+ years of experience, knowledge and expertise, Kristi has served hundreds of real estate clients in the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

She is both a waterfront home selling, relocation, and a global marketing expert. At the completion of 2016, she rose to the Top 1% of all Maryland realtors and Top 1% in sales volume in the USA. And after continued growth, since 2020 Kristi has remained in the #1 Team at Northrop Realty's Annapolis office.

She has held various leadership positions including serving on the Board of Directors for Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors (AACAR) from 2011 – 2012, founded and chaired the AACAR ECO Committee, Past President of the Parole Rotary Club of Annapolis, Senior Mentor for the Severn Leadership Group, former Board Chair of Annapolis Green , Board member of Walk the Walk Foundation, and has served on Leadership Councils of 3 different real estate brokerages.

Kristi's expertise includes serving Annapolis, Severna Park, Arnold, Pasadena, Edgewater, Davidsonville, Crownsville, Odenton, Gambrills, Crofton, Kent Island and surrounding areas. Her Home Selling Team provides dedication and expertise to the sale and purchase of short-term rental properties, second homes, waterfront homes, newly constructed homes, estate sales, as well as downsizing and upsizing homes.

Before her real estate career, Kristi earned a degree from Virginia Tech, served 2 years in AmeriCorps, dedicated 8 years to nonprofit fundraising and event management and is a devoted member of Parole Rotary and Bay Area Community Church. She is not only thoughtful but also an expert negotiator, successful, energetic, proactive and works from an ethic of looking out for her client's long-term housing and financial needs.

Kristi was raised in Severna Park, Maryland on the water and now resides in Annapolis. With love and appreciation for the Chesapeake Bay she is an avid boater, an advocate for the health of the Chesapeake Bay and shares her passion and knowledge of Maryland's waterfront properties as well as high-performance homes.

Kristi believes that our environment is something that is common to everyone on the planet and that by focusing on improving it, this is her team's way of giving back to everyone. Last year, over 10,000 trees were planted in honor of our clients and to offset the carbon footprint of our real estate business. Kristi drives an electric car. Our website is hosted by a company that is powered by wind energy. We provided energy audits to clients who bought low efficiency homes with us. These audits help our clients reduce their energy usage by an average of 20% and therefore, utility bills by an average of $30/month - $50/month. All of our paper is made from FSC Certified and recycled products. And we continue to look for ways to green our business...

We are proud to donate to causes that also matter to our clients and friends.
