A little about me...
Kristi Neidhardt believes real estate is never just about buying or selling a home — it’s about people, trust, and the moments in life that deserve care, attention and innovative thinking.
Since 2003, Kristi has had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients through meaningful transitions, from first homes to forever homes, downsizing, relocations, and waterfront lifestyles. With more than 20 years of experience, her work is grounded in deep market knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s best for her clients — both now and for the long term.
Kristi is widely recognized for her results, consistently ranking in the Top 1% of Realtors in Maryland and nationwide by sales volume, and leading the #1 team at Northrop Realty’s Annapolis office since 2020. She credits her love for marketing and negotiating as part of her secret sauce. While those achievements matter, what she values most is the trust her clients place in her — trust she works every day to earn and keep.
As a lifelong local who grew up on the water in Severna Park and now calls Annapolis home, Kristi brings an authentic understanding of the communities she serves. Her expertise spans Annapolis, Severna Park, Arnold, Pasadena, Edgewater, Davidsonville, Crownsville, Odenton, Gambrills, Crofton, Kent Island, and surrounding areas, with a particular passion for waterfront homes, second homes, new construction, estate sales, short-term rental properties, and both downsizing and upsizing transitions.
Before entering real estate, Kristi earned her degree from Virginia Tech, served two years with AmeriCorps, and spent eight years in nonprofit fundraising and event management. Those experiences continue to shape how she leads — with purpose, service, and an ethic rooted in advocacy and long-term care.
Kristi has held numerous leadership and service roles within the real estate industry and the broader community, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, founding and chairing the AACAR ECO Committee, serving as Past President of the Parole Rotary Club of Annapolis, senior mentor with the Severn Leadership Group, board member of Grace Bomb and #JustOneSweater, and past Board chair of Annapolis Green and current board chair of the Walk the Walk Foundation.
Deeply connected to the Chesapeake Bay, Kristi is an avid boater and a strong advocate for environmental stewardship and sustainable living. She believes her work should leave people — and places — better than she found them, and that guiding clients through housing decisions is both a professional responsibility and a personal calling.
At the heart of it all, Kristi is grateful — grateful to be invited into her clients’ stories, grateful for the relationships built along the way, and grateful to do work that allows her to walk alongside people as they begin their next chapter.
Vision & Values
Vision: To be a positive force of change in our community.
For Kristi, giving back isn’t something separate from her work — it’s part of how she defines success. She believes that when you’re entrusted with helping people make meaningful housing decisions, you also have a responsibility to care for the community and environment you all share.
The Kristi Neidhardt Home Selling Team is proud to operate as a green-minded business, always looking for ways to reduce our footprint and make thoughtful choices that benefit both clients and the larger community.
In honor of our clients, we’ve helped plant over 10,000 trees to offset the environmental impact of our real estate work. Kristi drives an electric vehicle, our website is hosted by a wind-powered company, and most of our printed materials are produced using FSC-certified and recycled paper.
We also believe in empowering homeowners with knowledge. By providing energy audits to clients who purchase lower-efficiency homes, we help families reduce their energy usage by an average of 20%, often lowering monthly utility bills by $30–$50. It’s a small step that creates lasting impact — for both homeowners and the environment.
Beyond sustainability, Kristi and her team are deeply committed to supporting the causes that matter most to the people we serve. Over the years, our clients and community have inspired contributions of time and resources to organizations including Grace Bomb, Walk the Walk Foundation, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, Habitat for Humanity, Anne Arundel County Special Olympics, Feed the Children, Autism Speaks, the Oyster Recovery Project, Bay Area Community Church, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Rotary International, the Wounded Warrior Project, and many others.
In her most recent project, she co-led a fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association which, over the past 2 years, has raised over $200,000. She did this by uniting different real estate brokerages in a competition called Real Estate Rumble… Agents competing against each other in fun, silly games while trying to outdo each other in raising $$$.
Her next undertaking involves hiking to the base camp of Mt Everest to raise funds and awareness about the power of loving your neighbor by utilizing a faith based tool called Grace Bomb.
At the heart of all of this is a simple belief: real estate is about more than homes — it’s about people, stewardship, and leaving things better than we found them. That philosophy guides how we work, how we give back, and how we show up every day.
