We’re proud to support organizations that serve families, children, animals, and neighbors in need — including Alzheimer’s Association, Habitat for Humanity, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, Special Olympics, Feed the Children, Autism Speaks, Oyster Recovery Project, Bay Area Community Church, Grace Bomb, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Rotary International, the Walk the Walk Foundation, and many others.

These partnerships aren’t about recognition. They’re about showing up — again and again — for the people and causes that matter most to the community we serve.

Bringing People Together

Community impact isn’t only about donations — it’s about connection.
That belief led our team to create Movies for Miracles, an outdoor movie night designed to bring neighbors together while raising funds for local causes.

What started as a simple idea has grown into an event that has raised thousands of dollars for organizations such as the Oyster Recovery Partnership, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, Mission 14, and families navigating serious medical challenges.

Because sometimes, making a difference starts with gathering people, sharing a moment, and creating something meaningful together.

Caring for the Places We Love

Our connection to this area goes beyond neighborhoods — it extends to the land and waterways that make it special.

As a green-minded business, we’re committed to reducing our environmental footprint and helping our clients do the same. In honor of our clients, we’ve helped plant over 10,000 trees to offset the impact of our real estate work. Kristi drives an electric vehicle, our website is hosted by a wind-powered company, and all printed materials are produced using FSC-certified and recycled paper.

We also provide energy audits to clients who purchase lower-efficiency homes, helping families reduce energy usage by an average of 20%, often lowering monthly utility costs by $30–$50. It’s one more way we care for both homeowners and the environment they live in.

Beyond Our Backyard

Some causes call us to look farther.

In recent years, Kristi participated in a fundraising climb of Mount Kilimanjaro to raise awareness and funds to combat human trafficking. The effort helped raise more than $30,000 to support training for law enforcement and the identification and rescue of victims — a reminder that meaningful change often begins with courage, compassion, and action.

Here next adventure involves hiking to the base camp of Mt Everest while raising funds an awareness about the power of loving your neighbor through a faith based tool called Grace Bomb.
