Behind every smooth transaction is someone making sure the details are handled — and for the Kristi Neidhardt Team, that person is Robyn Duty.

As Director of Operations, Robyn brings years of customer service experience, a licensed Realtor’s perspective, and a natural attention to detail that keeps everything running seamlessly from contract to close. Since joining the team in 2018, she has played a key role in ensuring that buyers and sellers feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.

Robyn is known for her responsiveness, organization, and calm, steady presence. She keeps timelines on track, communication flowing, and details accounted for — so clients can focus on the excitement of what comes next, rather than the logistics behind the scenes. Her role is rooted in service, and her goal is always the same: to create a smooth, well-communicated experience where nothing is overlooked.

A Maryland native, Robyn spent her early childhood in Gambrills before moving to Dunkirk and eventually settling in Calvert County, where she and her husband, Scott, have raised their three sons. As proud Air Force and Navy parents, family and commitment are at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Robyn values time with her family and understands firsthand how important a sense of home truly is. That perspective carries into her role every day, making her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted support system for clients as they navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.
